Heidi Nuttall

Heidi is the Director of Project Services ACT at Emanate Technology. With a deep knowledge of both the business and technical sides of ICT projects, and a passion for delivering quality service, Heidi takes a consultative approach, ensuring the right technical and behavioural fit for both clients and candidates.

Heidi brings almost 25 years of experience in the technology recruitment industry, having worked across all levels of tech roles in the Canberra market, from contract to permanent placements. She now specialises in recruiting Project Services professionals, with a strong focus on both the business and technical sides of ICT projects. Often, her candidates become valuable clients, and she is seen as a trusted advisor, having built extensive knowledge across key government programs of work.

Passionate about delivering quality service, Heidi takes a consultative approach, providing honest and transparent communication while ensuring a perfect technical and behavioural fit for her clients. She is genuinely interested in helping individuals find their next role or engaging the right talent for organisations.

Outside of work, Heidi is an avid snow enthusiast, having lived in the French Alps in Chamonix, and enjoys staying fit, hiking, skiing, and travelling. She also has a passion for architecture and interior design. Her family, including her supportive husband, three children, and golden Labrador named Roxy, is at the heart of everything she does.
