What Will You Be Doing?
As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing innovative solutions that transform traditional work environments into modern, efficient, secure, and collaborative spaces. You will work with clients across various industries, playing a key role in their transition to modern workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to design and deploy modern workplace solutions using technologies like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ensure seamless integration of these solutions into client operations with minimal disruption.
  • Provide ongoing support for end-users, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the functionality of workplace tools.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these solutions into broader technology ecosystems.

What Skills Does Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Expertise in collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for effective end-user support.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in modern workplace settings.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
  • Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, are preferred.
