Head of Revenue – Specialist ICT Services Business
Emanate Technology has been engaged to support a specialist ICT services business GROW. This role will be part of the executive team in this organisation and responsible for the overall revenue growth through selling, expanding growth in current accounts, strategy for revenue growth and building a true sales team internally.  Reporting to the General Manager, you will have autonomy to do what you feel is right and required to achieve the business targets and supported every step of the way!


This organisation lives and breathes their values and the right person will align to these values as well. They are a CANBERRA Based organisation but looking to expand around Australia so are flexible for the role to be based in QLD or ACT as they have a presence in both areas. Key clients have been in SME business, Health Care, Education, Charity and Consulting focused on ICT services in the EUC, Cloud, Cyber and IT Support space.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive collaboration and business expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to maximise revenue generation and market share.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing and customer success.


  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams in the ICT sector.
  • Strong understanding of ICT (Microsoft preferable) products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to clients and partners covering cloud, EUC and Cyber solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative revenue generation strategies in dynamic and competitive markets.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Prior experience in sales leadership roles or senior sales positions is highly desirable.
  • Australian citizenship
  • Ability to travel – primary area will be East Coast of Australia
