We are seeking a talented Cloud Architect to join our client’s team and play a key role in leading engagement teams to drive outcomes, and develping cloud architectures for Azure and M365. The ideal professional will have a solid understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, and demonstrate expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Azure and M365 technical solutions.
 
This position is based in Canberra, ACT and requires an active NV1 security clearance or above
 
Some key responsibilities
As a Cloud Architect, your primary responsibilities will be to;

  • Craft enterprise-level and solution cloud platform architectures for Microsoft Azure and M365.
  • Develop comprehensive architecture guidance for cloud engineers.
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate solutions in alignment with target architectures and the latest technology trends
  • Offer expertise and assistance in platform automation, encompassing testing, continuous integration, and deployment.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities by proficiently gathering requirements and developing compelling customer proposals.
  • Assist in acquiring and maintaining the requisite competencies, panel memberships, and standing with external stakeholders to propel business growth.
  • Actively participate in coaching and professional development programs, contributing to peer reviews, and providing support to others as required.

What you will need to bring:

  • Proven experience as a cloud architector similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of cloud-based technologies and architectures, particulary Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in techincal leadership across both project and operational tasks.
  • Profieciency in understanding DevOps and applying automation and governence principles 
  • AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance or above required
