About the role & organisation:

Our client are a Brisbane based enterprise organisation in the renewable energy sector, they are suppliers of power to both residential and commercial customers across Queensland. Due to a large transformation project, they are currently in growth mode.

What they are currently looking for is a manager to lead their team who focus on their critical technology platforms. These platforms include Citrix, SCCM, Intune & an M365 suite, so having a deep hands-on background within these technologies is important. However, if you have experience with some, but not all of these technologies, please still apply! The team you will be managing are very high performing and include EUC engineer’s, application packager’s and Network engineers.

This is a Brisbane based role, with 2 days to work from home each week. However, ff you are working interstate and are interested in moving up to the sunshine state, please reach out!

What you will be doing:

  • Leading, coaching, and empowering a high-performing team with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative and communicative culture among internal and external stakeholders within the team.
  • Lead the maintenance and improvement of end user and critical platforms
  • Drive the development and implementation of the ICT Strategy and ICT Services Focus Areas, ensuring smooth organisational change management to effectively embed these changes.
  • Lead the development, maintain, and deliver the five-year strategy and roadmap

Your Experience:

  • Extensive experience in leading teams in the delivery and support of critical tech platforms across Cloud & End user computing
  • Experience in working in mission critical environments (I.e Power, Banking, Healthcare etc.
  • Both hands on & managerial experience with the following technologies: Citrix, SCCM, Intune, M365
  • Experience leading major incident management through to restoration of service, while ensuring
  • urgency from resolver teams and stakeholder communication
