We are currently looking for someone interested in growing or continuing their career in recruitment and who matches our values, to join us and continue our growth. You will be focused on the recruitment of IT Project Services professionals in Brisbane, across contract and permanent roles. This is the chance to build a real recruitment career with an IT recruitment business that has plans for further expansion over the next couple of years.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective closing strategies
  • Operate within one (or two) key technology verticals, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise.
  • Directly recruit and resource candidates for client requirements, showcasing your proficiency in talent acquisition.
  • Take charge of business development activities with clients and key candidates, fostering lasting partnerships.
  • Utilise existing relationships to support colleagues in developing new clients and candidates, contributing positively to revenue generation.
  • Actively network in the community, building relationships, and promote the Emanate Technology brand at professional groups, events, and gatherings.
  • Establish a track record of successfully cross-selling into other verticals and consistently inviting other consultants to client visits when relevant.
  • Assist with responses to tenders and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Assist the Director and Recruitment Team in developing and executing a strategic target marketing plan to prospect and build a pipeline of potential new clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Manage contractors effectively, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
  • If required, successfully direct, mentor, and assist in training new Talent Consultants.
  • Demonstrate alignment with all company values and guiding behaviours.

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong consulting skills and a proven ability to negotiate with clients, candidates, and contractors.
  • Ability to present and sell business solutions and services to both existing and new clients.
  • Maintain high levels of integrity and commitment to delivering the highest-quality service, prioritizing clients’ best interests.
  • Ability to recruit and resource candidates for client requirements effectively.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
