The Program Master Scheduler will be responsible for overseeing and developing the ICT Transition Program’s overall schedule, liaising with key stakeholders to determine their needs, developing daily schedules and objectives, disseminating scheduling notices, and conducting regular inspections to ensure the completion of projects in a timely and efficient manner and within government policies and regulations.
The key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential bottlenecks or schedule conflicts and provide proactive solutions.
- Informing stakeholders of the program’s progress, key milestones, and potential changes, to ensure transparency and trust.
- Regularly reviewing and adjusting the schedule as needed to enable the measurement of program performance against planned timelines and ensure that deviations are promptly addressed.
- Gathering data on scheduling successes and challenges and drive continuous improvement in the program’s delivery processes to ensure the evolution of best practice.
This role is based here in the ACT. The contract length is 12 months, with two 6 month extensions, and requires the ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance.
