Test Analyst (Salesforce)

Overview

Emanate Technology is currently partnering with a small to mid-sized Federal Government Agency, currently seeking an experienced test analyst with experience testing Salesforce CRM, to join a crucial ICT transformation program. Within this role, you as the the Salesforce focused Test Analyst will be required to analyse and test new and existing IT system to support the business areas. You will have an extensive background using appropriate standards, methodologies and toolsets and you will provide expert advice and assistance to system users, investigate complex issues and determine business impact and recommend solutions.

As an experienced Test Analyst you will have experience of functional and non-functional testing for web and data applications, in particular experience with Salesforce, and complex database relationships, demonstrated experience with various testing techniques including technical and non-technical test scripts and a Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to work duties. You will also have high-level analytical thinking to widen discussion, identify issues or suggest solutions with the ability to understand both technical and functional aspects of the software solution and learn new technologies quickly.

Contract Details:

• 12-month contract with 12-month extensions
• Canberra based role, with flexible working conditions
• Baseline clearance is mandatory

To be successful in this opportunity

• Experience of functional and non-functional testing for web and data applications, in particular experience with Salesforce, and complex database relationships.
• Demonstrated experience with various testing techniques including technical and non-technical test scripts.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to work duties and demonstrated ability to manage own time effectively to meet project, team and organisational needs.
• High-level analytical thinking to widen discussion, identify issues or suggest solutions.
• Ability to understand both technical and functional aspects of the software solution and learn new technologies quickly.
