Emanate Technology is a well-established and rapidly growing IT recruitment firm with offices in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide. Based in our Canberra office we are offering the opportunity to commence a career in tech recruitment, learning the craft from some of the industry’s successful and highly experienced operators.

Agency recruitment offers tremendous career prospects and earning potential that far exceeds most other career paths. But it is not easy. To be successful you must be highly driven, commercially minded, passionate about delivering quality outcomes, resilient, able to consult, and have a knack for building strong relationships. This is a high paced and multi-faceted role. You’ll need a sense of humour and enjoy being busy – within reason of course.

We are currently looking for someone interested in growing their career in recruitment and who matches our values, to join us and continue our growth. You will be focused on the recruitment of IT professionals in Canberra, across contract and permanent roles. Experience in the IT industry is not necessary, however a background in sales would be desirable as this is a sales focused role. To ensure you have everything you need to be successful, we provide a supportive and comprehensive training program that continues throughout your career with Emanate, not just during onboarding.
