This is an opportunity to join one of the largest infrastructure consultancy firms playing a critical role in enhancing their Salesforce platform and ensuring smooth integration of systems. This role is a 6-month initial contract with a remote/hybrid model, allowing you to be located in VIC, NSW, and ACT. You’ll work in a collaborative and innovative environment where your expertise will drive impactful solutions.
 
What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Utilize REST APIs and MuleSoft for seamless integration of systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps practices using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues that arise during development or post-implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Salesforce, integration, and DevOps.

What the successful candidate looks like:

  • Baseline clearance, or Australian Citizen minimum, with the ability to obtain baseline clearance.
  • 5 years proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • 2-3 years demonstrable experience of implementation in Vlocity Omnistudio
  • Proficiency in REST API integration, preferably using MuleSoft.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and customizations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Lightning Framework.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
