Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead at TNS, you will provide Leadership to the Delivery Team in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including but not limited to:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives while advocating for the well-being of your team.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java and leverage AWS services to drive innovation.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight to ensure the creation of scalable and reliable systems.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, balancing the team’s needs with project requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, encouraging continuous learning within the team.

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience in the banking, finance, or payments systems domain, with a strong understanding of related processes and compliance.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations that govern financial technology solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure and robust software systems for financial applications.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security measures relevant to financial data handling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a software development team, focusing on professional growth and development.
• Proven experience in software development using Java, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying applications on AWS cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions while supporting your team members.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-driven individual with a passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
