Dynamics 365 Specialist

The Opportunity 

This is a permanent role and offers the chance to join a growing IT team with an organisation that makes a positive impact on community health. The Dynamics 365 Specialist will lead the customisation, enablement and adoption of Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform across the organisation. This is a role that combines technical and interpersonal skills; my client is looking for someone who is a team player, technically skilled, solution focused and motivated to work with a not for profit.

The key requirements of the role include:

• Improving the organisations capabilities in utilising Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Apps
• Advising on feature adoption and growth strategies
• Preparing technical documentation and reporting
• Assisting in the development of data governance procedures 
• Managing technical administration and customisation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Apps

About You

• Experienced with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform 
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and end users
• Ability to define technical and functional requirements 
• Experienced in developing strategies, plans and training materials 
• Able to manage Power Platform environments and BAU customisations
