Sharepoint Developer/.NET Developer

Overview:

Emanate Technology is partnering with a mid-sized Federal Government Department, currently in need of an experienced Sharepoint/.NET Developer looking to support their internal applications team working on a variety of sharepoint and .NET programs of work. The developer will be tasked mainly in developing sharepoint applications to support the Departments ICT transformation projects, and to run migrations to Sharepoint Online. This role will sit within a specialist Microsoft development team, responsible for provisioning sharepoint online sites, running migrations, ensuring new applications meet performance requirements and developing .net/sharepoint applications that meet user requirements.

Contract Details:

Contract Length: ASAP till 31 December 2023

Extensions: 6 month extension till June 30 2024

Clearance Required: Minimum Baseline security clearance mandatory

To be successful in this position, a background in the following experience is required:

• Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience as a SharePoint and .Net developer

Not required, but a background in the following would be highly desirable:

• Experience running a migration from SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online using 3rd party migration tools
• Experience with PNP PowerShell for SharePoint, and SPFX (SharePoint Framework) solutions
• Experience configuring SharePoint Online search
• Assisting Business Analysts in formulation of Use Cases
• Assisting with test related activities in collaboration with Testers.
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with React
• Experience in CRM development
