Release Train Engineer

 
Emanate Technology has been engaged by a Government Department to source an experienced Release Train Engineer to support and coach the Agile Release Train (ART).  The ideal candidate will be able to communicate at a high level with key stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risk and drive improvement across the ART. You will participate and interact with several Agile Transformation activities such as coaching meetings, scrum/sprint planning and consistent discussions with project leads to understand any new processes and mindsets.
 
The successful candidate will help configure SAFe to the agency’s needs, manage and coordinate team objectives for the program, create and publish roadmaps and conduct complex release train events.  Providing leadership to the team and ensuring the employees maintain a high level of specialist and technical expertise through coaching, training and implementing a climate of change and continuous improvement is a key skillset required to succeed in this role.
