Project & Procurement Officer

Emanate Technology is working with a medium sized federal government agency based in Barton in the intelligence & law enforcement space.   The opportunity available is for a Project / Procurement Officer to work within the Data & Analytics branch and will be engaging with the intelligence and Support Groups to facilitate software and data acquisitions.  
The current program is seeking a candidate to engage with intelligence and Support Groups to facilitate software and data acquisitions.  
  
The Role: 
The purpose of the roles is to lead the procurement activities of new capabilities for the DAB (data and analytics branch).  Responsibilities of the role may include the preparation and management of correspondence and reports; conducting research to support project work; managing ongoing projects; undertaking cost estimates and analysis; contributing to ministerial and board reports; contributing to secretariat functions of internal governance committees; drafting business and strategic planning documentation, risk management, and liaison with key partners and stakeholders to the Service, and key project(s).  
It is a requirement for the project officer to be cleared to at least NV2 (SECRET).
Skills and Experience: 

• NV2 Security clearance – Essential (please do not apply of you do not have a Baseline clearance or higher)
• Project/administrative support experience is highly desirable
• Must have demonstrated experience working in ICT environment
• Must have demonstrated experience procuring ICT software
