Business Analyst

Multiple opportunities for experienced Business Analysts across one of Queensland’s most exciting digital transformations. Significant WFH opportunity (they’ve been doing it since well before COVID was a thing!) and the opportunity to give back to the broader community.

The Business Analyst will conduct workshops, elicit and document business requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, develop system documentation, conduct process mapping, test planning and coordination as well as support business process change.

This role will allow you to showcase your strategic thinking, commitment to achieving results and exemplary business acumen working alongside some of Brisbane’s best Project Managers and Project Leads.  The organisation have an enormous pipeline of projects with significant budget allocated and are ready to start delivering.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Agile project experience across either process re-engineering projects or ICT and Business Transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops effectively to elicit requirements and develop and implement new processes.
• Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria, that are easily understood by developers, testers and stakeholder.
