Emanate Technology are currently seeking multiple experienced System Administrators who will perform critical functions ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, storage, networks and systems with a global leader in Modern Data Management and Protection. This highly technical role requires deep troubleshooting of complex technical problems, support to customers and ability to engage with various stakeholders to achieve a common goal.

• Experience with troubleshooting technical problems
• Deep knowledge in one or more areas – Storage/Backups/Server/Networks/Cloud/Virtualisation
• Amazing communication

• Driven to succeed in all professional aspects

The Role
 

• Provide high level technical support and troubleshooting for our client’s software via telephone, email, web conferencing and in person
• Implementing and maintaining a Microsoft/Windows Environment
• Knowledge of the Storage and Backup products (VEEAM/Hitachi/DELL) product suites
• Implementing and maintaining virtualisation technologies: VMware ESX(I), Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV
• Networking configuration/troubleshooting 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
