Emanate Technology is a rapidly growing IT recruitment firm with offices in Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne.  Based in the new Melbourne office this role offers the right person the perfect opportunity to commence a career in tech recruitment and more importantly learn the craft from some highly experienced operators.

Agency recruitment offers tremendous upside from a career and earning potential perspective that far exceeds most other career paths, but it is not easy.  To be successful you must be highly driven, commercial, passionate about delivering quality outcomes, resilient, able to consult, and have a knack for building strong relationships.  This isn’t a clock on, clock off type of role. We are currently looking for people with previous sales experience and the right values to join us and continue our growth. You will be focused on the recruitment of IT professionals in Melbourne, predominantly at the mid to senior level. Experience in the IT industry is not essential as we provide a comprehensive training program to provide you with everything you need to be successful.
