Our client is looking at supporting their growing QA and Testing team with the introduction of a Quality Assurance Manager to support the test leaders in developing and nurturing their teams to ensure deadlines and business objectives are met. 

Initially on a six-month contract this role will report directly to the GM and be accountable for the successful delivery of all software testing programs. While also ensuring that appropriate automation and manual test coverage performance provides high-quality outcomes for all enterprise applications. 

This is a leadership role, where you will lead the QA team, liaise with internal stakeholders and drive business performance. You will nurture a learning culture and be a passionate advocate and leader for using agile and lean ways of working.  

You will be an expert in translating organisational strategic goals into relevant and achievable QA strategic goals to ensure the QA team feels supported and successful. You will champion QA and lead while defining and managing the QA enterprise applications. Strong communication skills are critical as you’ll be collaborating with other stakeholders and test leads, devise the test objectives, organistaional test policies, test strategies and test plans.  

You’ll oversee and coordinate the BAU activities with the QA team while leading, guiding and monitoring the analysis, design, implementation and execution of tests, cases, procedures, suits and environments. 

To be successful in this role you will have experience leading QA and Test Teams, you’ll be an experienced tester, and have demonstrated experience in testing automation strategies, principles, and methodologies. You will have experience setting up QA test environments and managing usage, you will have extensive experience across lean and agile methodologies as well as experience using automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, NUnit, as well as exposure to Sitecore, Axzure or AWS and Dynamics 365.
