Emanate Technology are on the lookout for an experienced Tier 1/2 Service Analyst Officer based in South Brisbane on an initial 3 month contract with possible extension. The Service Analyst Officer will deliver secure, high quality technical support and incident management to a small-medium organisation with 350 full-time and casual staff, approximately 600 endpoints (Mac & PC) including 100 for public use. 

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Administer Desktop Management service/solution for ICT devices, and facilitating the preparation and distribution of end user technologies, including computers and telecommunications equipment utilising a mix of open source and contemporary support and management systems.
  • Develop functional documentation of business processes, configuration scripts, interfaces, custom reporting and applications as well as compiling relevant data and statistics .
  • Participate in internal committees, projects and working groups while collaborating with other teams.
  • Contribute to business improvement activities ensuring relevant policies, procedures and guidelines meet best practice.

Desirable Technical Skills:

  • ITIL Foundations
  • ManageEngine Service Desk Plus or similar ITSM tools
  • SOE/MOE deployment
  • MacOS, MS Windows
  • Active Directory and Group Policy Management
  • Exchange, Office 365, MS SharePoint, Teams, Intune
  • Troubleshooting and support for smartphones and tablet devices (iOS, Android)
