The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a baseline security cleared ServiceNow Architect for a 6 month engagement. As the ServiceNow Architect you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions based on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization’s IT service management needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the ServiceNow environment aligns with best practices, enhances operational efficiency, and supports our business processes. This opportunity is offering a flexible working environment that can be hybrid or potentially fully remote.
About You
- Experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and customisation, including scripting (JavaScript) and UI/UX design.
- Strong integration skills with the ability to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Knowledge of data modelling, business process automation, and performance optimisation in ServiceNow.
- Understanding of security and access control within the platform.
- Experience in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
