Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Consultant

Emanate Technology has been engaged by a leading technology consultant group that spans multiple clients ranging from government, small business, defence, and enterprise to charity organisations. As a Microsoft GOLD Partner, you will join the Cloud & Applications teams that create elegant technology solutions that empower organisations to build a better future.

What you will be doing:
This role is working with a specialised team of consultants who are well known for decoding complex problems to create purpose-built digital experiences for the client.

Gain experience across a variety of the largest Federal Government departments and work alongside some of the leading Microsoft technical consultants in Australia.

• Analyse requirements to solve customers’ problems and provide solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to elicit business requirements
• Deliver and enhance the project Product Backlog through analysis, design and refinement of Scrum ceremonies, reviewing of business capabilities, processes, plans, organisational structures, and/or policies.
• Write user stories so the Development Teams can successfully Develop/configure software applications as directed

What you will need:
You will have experience in evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.

• Broad Business Analysis experience
• Microsoft D365 experience is highly desirable
• Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience in Scrum Teams is also desirable

You must be an Australian citizen and have a minimum Baseline clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
