These roles are a hybrid Level 1/Level 2 Support Analyst role with Level 2 responsibilities considered more advanced than in most other organisations – a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

You will have previous experience in a 1st/2nd Level support role including experience with Active Directory administration (utlisation for security group assignments etc), Microsoft Office 365 administration and experence with Microsoft Teams.  Most importantly, you will be customer focussed with strong interpersonal / communication skills.  

You consider yourself to be self-sufficient when it comes to workload management, my clien don’t manage queues, they trust the people they hire to manage their own workloads and collaborate as a team.  You put customer service before everything else and you will ideally have supported users who have limited Tech capability/exposure.  If you also have the drive and desire to success and add value, you will be provided with plenty of challenges and opportunities to progress your career.

Contract day rate is $40-45 per hour including superannuation.  Roles are urgent and interviews will commence week beginning 18th June.
