  • $50 – $55 + Super per hour

Our client are a federal government agency that are responsible for the delivery of high quality and secure health & medical support systems across Australia. They are currently in growth mode as they will be deploying 900 new laptops, so need an ICT support analyst based in Brisbane to support with the large scale deployment and working across Azure AD & Entra ID.

This is mostly an office based role, so you will need to be able to travel into Brisbane CBD most days. There are occasional opportunities to work from home.

The role:

  • As an IT Support Analyst, you will be accountable for the IT Service Desk, User Support and Basic Administration for the Agency’s Business Applications/Systems, End User Computing
  • Working across Office 365, Azure AD & Entra ID
  • Being client facing – you will be working with clients face to face, so you must have excellent communication skills
  • Responsible for the business systems and general IT used across the Agency
  • Collaborating deeply across the Branch and broader Agency to achieve desired outcomes
