Your responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to a local CMO, overseeing a team of three direct reports.
- Planning and optimising deals and content on the local digital activity calendar.
- Collaborating with the local CRM specialist to implement a local test and learn schedule for optimising ongoing CRM retail activities.
- Managing the digital activation manager to strategise and execute on-site content and offers for the website and webshop in the local market.
- Reviewing daily eCommerce performance metrics to identify trends, both positive and negative, providing insights for optimisation.
- Serving as the local lead in coordinating the launch and activation of new digital platform features and innovations.
- Collaborating with the digital activation manager and local IT to brief on new product launches and campaigns.
What we’d appreciate in your background:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, particularly with a high-transitional business.
- Proven experience in managing a team of digital and marketing specialists.
- Expertise in optimising content and offers through AB testing.
- A passion for data, living in analytics, and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics.
- Making decisions and optimisations based on relevant data.
- A track record of thriving on seeing tangible results, especially in increased revenue.
- Strong background in digital analytics and digital media measurement.
- The ability to adapt to a multicultural team and embrace new ways of working.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working for an international brand.
- Background in Retail, FMCG, or QSR Marketing.
- Experience in scaling an online business in a new market.
