Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for providing outstanding customer service? 

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Officer to join their ICT Support team and provide excellent onsite desktop support to their southern region (Victor Harbor, Goolwa, Encounter Bay, Port Elliot)
sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional desktop support to the internal clients, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Offer friendly and professional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive user experience.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with their IT team to enhance and maintain the overall IT infrastructure.


You will ideally bring:

  • Tech-savvy with a strong passion for IT and technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Professional and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle, as travel to different sites may be necessary.
  • Ideally possess a Certificate 4 in Information Technology or equivalent relevant certifications.

Please note: All applicants must have full rights to work in Australia, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Additionally, candidates must be located in South Australia to be considered for this role, given the need for on-site support within the region.
