Emanate are pleased to request applications from experinced Benefits Realisaiton Manager’s to join our Federal Government client, to deliver a multi-year, strategic business, and digital transformation program.

The Role

The role of the Benefits Realisaiton Manager has been created in alignment with the Programs Benefits Management Plan, which outlines the high-level principles, practices, and methodology underpinning the programs approach to managing and realising the program benefits.

The key elements to the Benefits Management Plan are:

  • Benefits Management Principles (and their application specific to the Program)
  • Benefits Management Lifecycle
  • Benefits Realisation Framework
  • Benefits Management Governance
  • Benefits Management Plan maintenance 

The Benefits Realisation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Program remains accountable to the benefits management principles and governance, as well as the benefits realisation framework.

This contract is offer for an intiail 12 months with 2 x 6months extension options. 

Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must be an Australian Citizen at time of applicaiton and hold a current Baseline security clearance. 

Our client is offering an onsite working arrangement with a minimum 5 days per forntight based in the Canberra office.
