Prior Experience / Areas of Expertise:

I spent seven years serving Queen and Country in the navy, based in some of the most remote places in the world: Prestwick, Portsmouth, and Plymouth. My role as Steven Seagal’s stunt double then took me overseas, and I found myself in the West Indies (not for the cricket), Hong Kong, Nepal and then a tour of Northern Ireland.

After that, the move into recruitment was an easy option and I spent 12 years recruiting in the UK before moving to Melbourne. During my career, I’ve been lucky enough to work with and learn from some of the best people in the business. This has helped me become an experienced leader/coach, with a demonstrated record of leading high-performing teams in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.

I am skilled in business processes, contract recruitment, start-ups and customer relationship management. I have a track record of building a high-performance culture, with a focus on developing talent within niche vertical markets.

About Me / Something of Interest:

I’m passionate about my family, my dogs (Giggsy and Polly), and people in general!

I love to travel but I hate flying. I’ve run over 10 marathons, ultra-marathons and multi-day events, two Ironman events and over 10 half Ironman events (yes, I know what you’re thinking and yes, you’re correct – I used to be 85kgs).

In one of my previous jobs, I carried a gun. I’ve also climbed the Himalayas.
