Bec has over nine years’ recruitment experience across a range of disciplines and has spent the past three years resourcing within the technology market in Canberra. As an Emanate Consultant, Bec specialises in the Digital, Applications, Data and Analytics space and she is continuously increasing her depth of knowledge and candidate network within this market.
Bec takes a consultative approach and values transparency in communication. This enables her to build longstanding, substantive relationships and to guide IT professionals effectively – be they candidates or hiring managers – through the recruitment process towards a positive result.
Bec relocated to Canberra from Sydney in 2016 and now can’t imagine living anywhere else. Having previously always lived on the coast, she’s happily swapped the ocean for being close to the snow and is trying (mostly failing) to learn how to snowboard. She’s impressively uncoordinated so it’s a long road ahead, but her epic stacks make for some entertaining stories on a Monday morning.
